Two Classic Smooties

Rocket Fuel

Take: 1 ripe mango, 300 ml pineapple juice, rind and juices of 1/2 a lime

What to do: roughly chop the mango flesh and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight. Place the forzen mango in a blender with the pineapple juice and lime rind and juice and process until thick. Decorate with lime wedges.

(Makes 400 ml)

High Flyer

Take: 1 ripe mango, 200 ml cranberry juice, 150 g peach yougurt

What to do: Roughly chop the mango flesh and place in a blender with the cranberry juice and yogurt. Process until smooth and pour into a glass. Add a couple of ice cubes and decorate with fresh cranberries.
