Ginger Smoothie

You will need:

  • 1 apple, cored, peeled and sliced
  • 1 lemon, peeled and seeded
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 (2-inch) piece of fresh ginger root, peeled and crushed.

To make:

Blend all and drink slowly. Helps to relieve stomach ache or discomfort.
